Tuesday night we ate dinner at a place called Element-
After we hit up a hot spot called Canal

I got sun burned...pretty bad

Wednesday Chris came by the hotel to see if I wanted to go hiking... I thought that would be fine.. Because I thought it was a trail like in a Forest Preserve... Not so much, He took me to Camelback Mountain. We basically climbed this thing... Not easy

Chris and I at the base of the climb up-

It was high up!

Finally after 36 minutes we made the top- It was a great feeling reaching the top... But then we had to climb down

Aim and Kimmy stayed at the hotel and chilled by the pool

Outside our hotel.. The Firesky resort

We met an Old Cub who retired to Arizona. #17 1st baseman Mark Grace

He was the man--- And he was really nice when we met him too.

Dinner at Js with the Ps

One night Aim and I were eating dinner at our favorite restaurant- I said "Man I love this place..." And Aim said "We should bring your parents here one night I bet they would like it..." So thats what we did but, before hand they stopped up at our place so Grandma could bring Luigi a little surprise-(he has not stopped squeaking still)Thank you-

And where else would we go (besides outback)

Just after the Calamari Fritti

Filets and potatoes for myself and the girls-

Salmon for Popps(Farm fed not wild... as if you can taste the difference, "But actually you cen Stupit" )

Lots of pressure to impress the food critic that is my father, Most times when we leave a restaurant Popps is notorious for saying "That Sucked!" not this time buddy- Two thumbs up tonite! VICTORY!

One last prom style pic before we hit the road at about 9 bells-

We had a blast with you guys, thanks again for comin down!

After dinner we were dropped off at our spot Moonshine to meet our friends to go to Kitt's B-day party- We had a creepy surprise in Billy's new mustache? (he lost a bet on Duke vs. North Carolina)

We were jokin that when we got to Avenue M someone would ask Billy if they could have more water or bread (mistaking him for a bus-boy)

One more of us-

INGAPP CONSTRUCTION

INGAPP Construction has taken on its largest job to date. Our favorite bar and grill Moonshine has decided to open a Hawaiian BBQ restaurant called Skewerz. I am serving as the General Contractor on the project. Here are some pics of the progress to date.

This is the logo-

They have a great location at 1560 N. Damen, Chicago. It is directly under the Blue Line El Train. So they will have at least 5000 people stroll by a day.

We have plans to install a drop bamboo ceiling, to give it a "beach hut" style look.

We will be installing a 20 foot bamboo service counter top with 8 spaces for dining in. As well as counter tops that wrap around the entire restaurant with a small commissary.

We are installing all the kitchen tile and the FRP(plastic walls)

It's exciting to have this big of a job, but very time consuming. They are planning to open up 3 more this year and have requested that I stay on as the GC on the build outs. CHA-CHING!
